"Tv did not work, sound proofing is non existent, can hear every noise above and to the sides, even toilet flushing. Fire alarm at midnight went off for a long period of time completely ruined all sleep"

"Everything was amazing at the Royal Garden Hotel, the room was beautiful and wonderfully accommodated with toiletries and modern amenities. The staff was even better and I would like to acknowledge especially Mr. Jim Cameron, who was incredibly helpful and provided a Royal Garden Inn bear after I asked for one! My students will be so excited to see it, as I love to bring souvenirs to show and inspire them to travel the world. Hopefully one day they will make their way here!"

"Clean room and clean hotel in general, with friendly staff. Close to both Hangar Lane and Park Royal stations, so it is ideal for getting to and from the city centre. Main road outside did not impact too much in terms of noise. Would definitely return in future."
