"La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y el personal fue amable y atento durante toda la estadía. Sin embargo, la habitación y el baño eran bastante pequeños. El aire acondicionado prácticamente no enfriaba, por lo que tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas ambas noches, lo que hacía que entrara mucho ruido y claridad desde temprano. Cuando solicitamos un abanico, nos lo llevaron rápidamente y eso ayudó un poco. También notamos que la ducha tenía algo de hongo. Como punto positivo, cenamos una noche en el restaurante del hotel y la comida estuvo muy buena. En general, la ubicación y el servicio fueron excelentes, pero las habitaciones podrían mejorar en comodidad y mantenimiento."

"The hotel is in a very convenient area. Lots of restaurants and stores around. Public transportation stations are close by. The rooms were clean but the bathroom area has a weird opening with drapery at one side which doesn’t give you privacy when you shower. There was a very bad smell coming from the shower drain. The staff at the lobby bar & coffee area were very nice & friendly. I did not have breakfast while I was there but the restaurant food was ok."

"The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful view. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety and generous portions. The pool area was also lovely and added to the overall experience. The only frustrating part was the reservation process beforehand. As a family traveling with two kids, the main downside for us was the location. Although there is a subway station nearby, the hotel is quite far from the city center, and the surrounding area didn’t feel very safe or offer much to do. Overall, it’s a great, clean hotel with nice amenities, but the location may not be ideal for families!!"
