โรงแรมใกล้Puerta de Alcalá, มาดริด

"Madrid is small, reachable from everywhere. A bit too close to congress and “Sol Square” riots area, avoid during political tense times. All over I usually stay there."

"Great hotel elegant boutique and private not massive more personalized."

"The hotel is a creative persons dream! Staff was wonderful and the cafe was an added bonus."

"Todo excelente, cuarto muy amplio y cómodo, servicio muy atento."

"Staff"

"Very nice clean room: a little small perhaps but not oppressively so, and I'm guessing this kind of room size might be typical of the kind of building it was located in. Great central location, in particular was spot-on perfect for my wish to visit all of the 'big 3' art museums. Staff friendly and helpful but discreet, as befitting the kind of hotel it is. Also, when I open my drapes to see out of the window, people from the rooftop restaurant could see directly into my room, so there was a lack...

"The pool and spa facilities are glorious"

"There is a lot to like about this hotel. It is in a great location, with beautiful design, quality amenities (including Aesop toiletries) and an excellent spa and steam room. Unfortunately, the service falls short of the standard the surroundings suggest. At times, the hotel feels as though it is being run by a management team with limited experience in operating a four- or five-star property. A few things stood out: Staff and service: Staff often seemed unsure of their roles, and there was a...

"Breakfast too expensive. Didn’t have it."

"Muy bien situado. Muy buen desayuno La habitación superior era de buen tamaño y en buenas condiciones Le falta remodelación por ejemplo a las escaleras de la entrada y elevadores"
