"We were OK with the property however it is listed as a four-star hotel and it’s definitely not a four-star hotel. It needs serious updating. The headboard was tattered the walls near the baseboard were dirty and it just need an overall update."

"everything was great about this property. the breakfast was amazing. the staff incredible. the rooms old and rustic but very clean and unique to the very cool hotel. bar restaurant was good. was nice hanging out on the roof top patio to enjoy our beverages. hotel counter employees were very helpful. full of information and answers to our many questions having never been to Madrid before."
