The hotel was amazing. High end quality with an amazing restaurant and incredibly friendly people. The rooms were furnished to a very high specification and the location is perfect for a city break in Madrid close to the heart of everything. Highly recommended.

Can’t say enough about this hotel. It was wonderful, we had a deluxe room and it was perfect. Very well done with so much attention to detail. And it was quiet also at the street side of the hotel. The breakfast room is beautiful as well. We used the gym, which is also nice but small. We didn’t use the pool or other wellness amenities. The hotel is in a perfect location that is walkable to everything.

Nestled right on the iconic Gran Vía, this hotel truly feels like a hidden jewel in the heart of Madrid. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure every need and request was met with a smile. The employees here are nothing short of fantastic — professional, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making your stay memorable. The hotel itself is magnificent — beautifully appointed rooms, a charming annex, and a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. The level of service and comfort exceeded my expectations at every turn. It’s clear that Brach Madrid prides itself on excellence and guest satisfaction. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one stands out as truly exemplary. I sincerely hope they continue to maintain their high standards, as they have set a new benchmark for hospitality in Madrid.

The staff was great. One of the best places I have ever stayed. To bad Air Canada and its flight attendants union ruined the rest of our stay as we had to leave one night early or risk being stranded in Madrid for over a week or longer

Hotel had some highlights like the eclectic rooms. While they might look nice, weren’t very functional. The closet was nearly unfunctional with its multiple doors. The luggage rack was too large to open within the closet so that was useless. While having a heated towel rack is nice, you have to walk across the entire bathroom from the shower to get to it. The fancy Japanese toilet (same one I have at home) never worked even after I asked to have someone come look at it. Beds were comfortable and linens were very nice. Pool was very cold and still partially under construction. Staff were very kind but the hotel is new and not a 5 star property yet, but it has potential.
