"The hotel commands a stunning position overlooking Puerto de la Cruz and if you choose an Ocean View room you will get both, a wonderful sight to wake up to. We ate in one of the hotels restaurants and the food was outstanding. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we hope to return one day.. "

"It is a very clean resort in a beautiful neighborhood. Our room was updated and comfortable. In terms of the location, it is possible to walk to the city center within 25 min but the way back is uphill. The shuttle runs only during the day. One way taxi service is around 6 euros. We had the half board meal option. There was one buffet restaurant for all of the meals. While there was a lot of selection, the food is bland and repetitive every day. It is the same every day with minor variations. If you are staying for many days, it is better not to take the dinner. The hotel caters to mature guests. There wasn’t any music at the pool or any activities. The evening entertainment was low key. Overall, it was a nice quiet hotel in peaceful surroundings away from the center. "
