Budget hotel in a reasonably good location close to public parking. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was pretty welcoming and accommodating. These are all the pluses. The condition of the property, however, is terrible. No air conditioning (as expected), but there was also low air circulation in the room. Even being terribly tired after a long day you may not have a comfortable sleep. Furniture, walls are all awfully tired. On the top of all, room had no flowing water in the morning. So you can’t take a shower, flush the toilet or even wash your hands. So I would never return and never recommend anyone staying here!

Quality hotel.

Really good location and only a short walk to the bus station. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Puerto , there was something for everyone to eat and very good quality. The building was very clean and had great WiFi . I’ve been here 3 times now and will be booking again in the future.

Recommended

Pleasant stay. Good thing was able to get UK TV eg BBC1 and ITV. This is very unusual. Rooms were nice with kitchen area. Was not impressed with breakfast, it was OK but missing some items. Good value. Recommended.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the bus station, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are very good. On the down side the wifi was unreliable and could not be accessed at peak times, secondly my room's only source of natural light was a light well which was a bit depressing.

Un hotel muy viejo. Deben renovar las moquetas del suelo y estado general. Muebles en la habitación muy viejos también. Aunque he pagado un precio económico creo que pagando 20€ más, hay muchos mas hoteles en la misma zona y mucho mejores. El personal esta muy bien. El desayuno regular, poca variedad y no muy bueno de aspecto. Solo estuve una noche por algo puntual y no volvería a este hotel.

Det som ska vara varmt på frukosten var kallt. Annars vad man kan förvänta sig för pris och centralt beläget hotell. Det vill säga ingen AC, skränigt utanför med festande människor och trafik. För vår del helt okej med tanke på bra pris och läget intill torget och busstationen.

Bonne situation au centre ville, nombreux restaurants proches, magasins, cafés, plage pas loin, station de bus tout près, parking gratuit à côté (si on trouve de la place...). Accueil agréable. Bon buffet du petit-déjeuner. Petite piscine (fraîche...). Malheureusement beaucoup de chambres sont des chambres intérieures qui donnent sur un puis de lumière, sans vue. Une terrasse est à disposition au 6e étage, belle vue sur la ville et le Teide. Hôtel simple (dans le style de l'époque) mais agréable, bon rapport qualité prix.

Room was tidy (which is the most important thing for us). We just wanted a clean, basic hotel and were happy with the experience. The staff were all lovely and really helpful! We didn't love the breakfast to be honest (it didn't seem super fresh), but we were happy with our stay.

Necesita una actualización en general, (estaría bien aire acondicionado o ventilador de techo por ejemplo) pero sobre todo en accesibilidad, ya que hasta para acceder al ascensor, que es lentísimo, hay que subir escaleras. El personal realmente encantador, tanto en recepción como las chicas de la limpieza.
