"The rooms are horrible all of the carpets needs to be removed it is too much moisture the halls and the rooms reek of mold! I do believe the hotel is well aware of it that’s why they have those drying machines in every corner. There was never no washcloths and towels available. The ticket machine to go in and out of the property by car didn’t work all the time it was a hit or miss.. it was annoying to stop at the front desk each time leaving the property. Staff did the best they can, couldn’t blame them for the property upkeep. The amenities such as the casino restaurants bar and pool hall 10/10!"

"The hotel itself was just horrible from the fact that we got there at 4 o’clock for check-in and did not get our room until almost 6:00 PM. When we went up to the room there was mold, bugs, staining on the carpet, holes on the couch, the furniture was old and the building needed updating. The thermostat would not go lower than 71. The TVs are old. Everything is outdated the calcium buildup on the shower head, the bathroom, just being clearly outdated, the whole room being outdated. The light fixture on the balcony was hanging bird poop everywhere on the balcony was just not a pleasant stay overall when they came to clean the room they never changed the sheets not once the staff was completely rude. The valet was really slow the free breakfast was horrible. We actually ended up staying in an Airbnb for two days out of our vacation because we just did not want to be there but could not cancel and get our money back."

"Know what you’re getting into. You have to fill out forms online in advance and arrive before 6pm. They give you a bunch of separate keypad codes to enter every gate and door. There is no front desk."

"The house had the bathrooms and space. There were not enough glasses, so we had to purchase more. There are no extra blankets (save one throw). The kitchen was very clean, but the couches had not been moved in the tv room and in necessity of having to locate a toy, I discovered a pile of old chips, chip bag, gross gummy, a dirty sock, and a chicken bone. There was sand on the floors of some of the bedrooms. Bathrooms were clean. There were no instructions left on site regarding internet linkage, air conditioning operation, trash protocols, location of the "private beach" and how to access it, and other important information. It took several frantic phone calls the day before we were all to arrive to get the actual physical address, how to get through the two guard gates, and to get the lock box number. Once in the house it took further phone calls/texts to get the wifi info. The worst thing about this property was the noise in the early morning - pre 7AM. Leaf blowers, lawn mowers, and weed whackers were routinely (almost daily) utilized by crews on the development. I think there was only one morning when we were not awakened in this manner of the 6 nights we were there. The pool was easily accessible from this property and was great for the kids. We never located the "private beach", but drove to many wonderful ones quite easily. I think this did not live up to the photos."

"Place met description of post. Location was great relative to amenities nearby. Dining area only sat 4 (there were 5 of us), there wasn’t enough spoons (seemed odd) and beds in second room were a bit uncomfortable. Our overall stay was great and would recommend to anyone who is just looking for a place to sleep. Communication with host was excellent!"
