"Overall a nice hotel in Florence. Large room enough for a family of four. Bathroom was small but nice and had a window for ventilation. Property was in a convenient spot being only around 10mins from main areas. Staff were friendly and polite but only there on certain days. Building felt safe and had a lovely historic feel to it. Overall recommend."

"It is a bit far from Florence's main sights (20-30min walk) if you plan to explore the city on foot, and the first 10 minutes of the walk are not particularly picturesque. For us, it felt somewhat overpriced at €500 per night, considering it was essentially a nice room without many amenities or additional services. It felt more like an apartment rental than a boutique hotel. There is no front desk; instead, communication is handled through a single contact via WhatsApp. That person was helpful...
