"We used the hotel as base to explore Florence. The hotel was clean, quiet and had good a/c. Hotel staff was very helpful in finding parking and giving directions around the neighborhood. In the summer parking is not an issue, you can park almost anywhere. Breakfast was good. Overall we had a good stay. Hotel is good for travel with kids. Also reasonable price compared to other options in the area."

"L'appartamento è in stile moderno, con tutto automatizzato. Mi ha colpito particolarmente, infatti, il processo automatico di check-in che ha reso molto semplice l'ingresso in struttura. Istruzioni perfette da parte del proprietario, e supporto costante per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Ci torneremo sicuramente ;)"

"Superb location, superb smiling & helpful staff, and superb included breakfast.
5 minutes away from the train station & tram stop made for Grand Hotel Baglioni the perfect location for our 3 night mini-break for Christmas.
On an arrival, our rooms were ready early and check-in was super quick. Our rooms were clean & tidy, much larger than expected and had all the amenities you would need. One room was prefect temperature but one was quite hot (air conditioning wasn't on for this time of year which was understandable). The beds were quite hard but we all slept like babies after a wine or two. Only the news in English on the TV but we weren't there to watch TV. They also had a mobile phone in the room which contained links to the tourist attractions, maps, free international calls and you were even invited to take it with you when you let the hotel sightseeing - never seen this before ever.
Breakfast is on the 5th floor and the views are amazing. The selection for breakfast was fantastic; one of the best buffet breakfasts we've had to be honest. From espressos to prosecco, from salmon to sausages and from cereal to fruit.
When entering/leaving the hotel we were always greeted with a smile and a "buon giorno" from the reception staff and porters.
Check out was just as pleasant as check in.
We would definitely recommend the Grand Hotel Baglioni and would stay there again if we ever returned to Florence."
"Todo ha ido genial. El hotel está al lado de la estación. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y el personal muy disponible y atento."
