Highly recommend

While most hotels look better in the picture than actual, this one is more better in actual than the photo. High ceiling room. Clean modern bathroom. Comfortable bed. Mini bar for free & a Nespresso machine. Just 2 minute walk to the tram going directly to the airport or the main attractions. Though there's elevator, it's not narrow or steep to climb to and it's well lighted.

The bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived and had an unpleasant smell. The bedroom is spacious with very high ceilings, but it could use a table or desk. The bathroom is also a bit tight with no place to hang towels.

La chambre était propre, belle et confortable. C’est bien situé à proximité du tram pour se rendre plus au centre historique de Florence. La communication avec l’hôte c’est très bien passé et le self check-in était facile. Le seul point négatif est l’insonorisation par rapport aux autres chambres sur l’étage mais on se levait et couchait en même temps que tout le monde donc ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. Je recommande fortement!
