These rooms were nice and spacious and right in the heart of Florence which was a great location. However, don’t expect anything in terms of amenities besides a water dispenser and coffee machine.

What a gem in the heart of Florence! Room spacious and comfy. Nice view from the room too. Short walk from the train station and few minutes walk from main plaza. Loved it.

Just wow! Attention to every detail with gold fixtures and updated design and decor. It was very clean and beautiful. Located near lots of places to eat. The staff was attentive and friendly. We would go back.

Good location (although a bit noisy) and fabulous shower. Bed was very firm (good for young backs, not so great for older backs) and rather squeaky. But overall good place to stay for someone who wants a very central location

Location, location, location! Charming suite in the middle of everything! Being in the center on one of the main piazzas does come with a bit of morning noise, so for morning people - this place is perfect; If you are a night owl, maybe keep that in mind. Place was very well appointed and spacious and newly renovated. We had a nice time!

We drove into Piazza della Repubblica where the hotel is located. Valet parking by Florence Parking a unique experience as the key and car are handed over to a driver on arrival. (By the Apple store in the Piazza). Our car was returned on request all be it a little later than asked for. Communication with Florence parking was through the hotel on arrival and with WhatsApp text and call to arrange delivery on departure. On arrival the driver videoed the car all around so in case of damage it can be proved. I understood that is a requirement and leads me to believe they are very careful with the car! All in all it’s a good and safe procedure.
