"Our stay was good except for a smoke detector issue. Not a good night sleep on the 2nd night due to that and that staff that night was not very helpful. The issue stopped for an hour or two then the alarm went on again at 4am then stopped again. The next morning told the front desk and said someone will check the issue. Went on our activity for the day and went back around 6pm. Called the staff and said the issue was taken care of. After an hour the alarm went on again which is very loud. Jason the front desk went to our room and tried to fix it but no avail. Thats the time we are transferred to another room. Its a hassle but want to thank Jason big time for the help."

"We took a road trip to Boston over the 4th of July. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with our dog. Upon arrival the staff members were all so friendly and helpful. They immediately help us get checked in, got a cart for our luggage and gave a gift bag for our dog. We stayed on the 18th floor, the room was very clean and spacious with a great view of the water/boats. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant for daily breakfast had an amazing dinner one evening at Tamo. The hotel has bikes that the guest can reserve (which we did) and also a nice lap pool, gym, sauna area for daily use. We loved the location and being able to walk around everywhere. There is also a pet groomer directly across the street from the hotel where we took our pup for a spa day which he enjoyed. We loved our visit to Boston and will definitely be back. We will stay at the Seaport hotel again. There is so much more to explore in the area and we loved that the hotel and city is pet friendly."

"*close to subway, was great *spacious room, comfortable bed, small bathroom. *only one hook in bathroom, squeaky door, shower head too low but great pressure. *staff was friendly and helpful *breakfast was ok, apples, yogurt, cereals, pre fab egg, breakfast sausages, toast and bagels, fruit cocktail, coffee and tea….not gourmet but plentiful. *quiet hotel *safe neighborhood *price was VERY reasonable compared to everywhere else."

"Very clean room, updated with large window. Kitchenette well equipped and modern. Great shower, comfortable bed. Laundry facility which was free except detergent. Staff was a bit lazy, not always at the front desk. The breakfast was okay but no variation, same everyday and frequently ran out within an hour or so. Easy 2 block walk to grocery store and a couple of restaurants."
