"The toilet is way too low. The fridge was making a wierd nose until my husband adjusted the temperature. The bed was comfortable but the room needs curtains, there was slit above the window where the light would shine in which made it hard to sleep."

"The large clean room size, Beach is a cross the street and the Staff is great!"

"I will come back again"

"It was beautiful, the views were amazing"

"Overall had good experience except the drapes, carpet and desk upholstered chair smelled like cigarette smoke"

"Door to get into our room was extremely difficult to open and took several tries each time with full body force. When we told staff he said that the key car may need a new battery and it would be a process. Never fixed it. Also, reported the fridge in the room didnt work. We found that out when all our leftovers were warm and ruined the next morning. Pool had hair and debris floating in it. Room was clean and breakfast spread was good. Will mot stay there again."

"Everything was clean and tidy, the staff were pleasant and helpful especially the lady doing breakfast service! The breakfast was fresh and tasty, many choices from fresh scrambled egg, sausages, egg bite, bagels. Toast, muffins, waffles, cereals, coffee cakes, fruit. We recently had stayed at a Sheraton Four Points in Newton, paid more money for the rooms there, the property was tired and run down. I would definitely recommend this Comfort Inn!"

"Parking"

"Exelente gracias"

The front desk staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The pool was on the smaller size but honestly it was big enough to enjoy. The free breakfast was one the best ones I’ve ever had at hotels. The only thing was that the bathroom door was big and clunky. It was hard to slide close and open. But no complaints."

"Good"

"Great"

"The staff were nice. The room was clean, the only issue was the smell of smoke. We were on the first floor, left the window open to air out."

"Breakfast on Sunday the 1st was scarce at best the cinnamon rolls were hard and cold despite just being refreshed.Issue with the kitchen, Monday both coffee machines were down, no cream in sight."

"Bel accueil"

"I stayed at the Best western Braintree Inn and encountered a very unpleasant, unprofessional and hasty experience from one employee in particular. From the moment I checked in the woman at the front named Dana was extremely rude, and contributed to an absolutely unpleasant and unwelcoming experience during my entire stay. I was not provided with Dana's last name but Dana went out of her way to ensure I had an undesirable experience here at the best western in Braintree and she even went as far...
