"Travelled with my parents to take a quick trip to Salem. Loved that there was shopping right next door, also choice of restaurants nearby.
They weren’t thrilled with the breakfast options, as they are used to more of a continental buffet style, but it met our needs for our first day and we found the Friendly Toast nearby, which was a fun retro breakfast-brunch place.
It was clean, had fluffy towels, but hard to rate staff, as we hardly saw any. (They only clean after 3 nights) fine for us,...
"Rooms were clean, the staff was professional, and the hotel is located right off Route 1/I-95. The breakfast was good, with the typical options of eggs, sausage, home fries, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, things like that. They also had juice, coffee, and tea.
They have a decent gym and indoor pool.
All in all, for the price and location I thought it was a great choice. I would stay there again. "
"We loved this no fuss amazing property situated so conveniently in downtown Boston! We walked or had easy access to uber! We chose the option of the room without bath attached and never had an issue with availability of a bath suite when needed. Lovely place to stay for a reasonable price!"

"While front lobby, and downstairs in general are nice, clean & welcoming the hallway was dirty (although to be fair I don’t know how long before I arrived it became dirty so it’s possible the staff was not yet aware) but the room was definitely in questionable shape. The rug had numerous stains, ranging from very large to small (and sticky in places), the tub was all dinged up and there was a noticeable hole around the shower head pipe, the bathroom floor had noticeable dust/dirt/etc accumulated...
