"This was our first time at an all inclusive and we weren’t impressed. The property is very large but it isn’t as maintained as I expected. The rooms are dark and smell moldy. We were a party of four and consistently had to request an extra towel daily (they only provided three). The restaurants we ate at were okay, which I had heard would be the case. "Our staying Epic was truly special. You will notice the attention to deal from very beginning. Staff amazed us with their level of care. The units and property is pretty new and location was close enough to the city and beach but laid back enough to stay away from all the craziness. We will go back!"

"Nothing this hotel advertises in its description is accurate. There's only parking for two cars, the rooms are uncomfortable, the noise is so loud it's like there are no walls, the room smells bad, and the air conditioning only works in the lower part of the room, not in the bed area. The pool is the only slightly nice thing about it. I absolutely do not recommend it. If I had to highlight one thing, it would be the employee Oscar, who was very kind. Accommodatie is ietwat gedateerd, maar dat zie er aan de kamers niet van af. Mocht je all inclusive willen (wat prima kan daar) wel van tevoren boeken en niet bij het inchecken. "The place smells very bad"

"We only stayed one night. The hotel was clean and beds comfortable. The one thing they did not provided was toiletries just soap. There were no hand or face towels. The bathroom needed an update but was clean. Loved that there was a restaurant at the property. Location is close to beach was but did not look very safe. The staff was great at the hotel and the restaurant. They were very polite."
