Fantastic hospitality!

This was our second stop in Costa Rica for our honeymoon and we didn't have much planned but the manager was so helpful and suggested us several activities for us everyday. We really enjoyed the hospitality and the quality of food and cleanliness of our room. 10/10 would recommend!

It’s not too often you find a property where the owner Cretia and serves breakfast and dinner with his wife. Definitely have five star plus boutique. I would highly recommended anybody.

We had such a welcoming experience even before we got here as hotel staff called and texted us to let us know what to expect, that housekeeping would meet us there, and explained WiFi, pool and other parts of the hotel. The villas themselves were impeccable, they were super clean 10/10 and had everything we needed. The bathrooms are spacious and there is a W/D. The location is perfect, close to many beaches. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in the Tamarindo area.

My recent stay at the Epic Tamarindo Hotel was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from the hotel manager. Throughout my stay, the manager went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect. Whether it was providing local recommendations, making sure my room was always immaculate, or checking in personally to see how my stay was going, the level of care and attention to detail was truly impressive.

What an EXCELLENT property!! The Host is AMAZING! So also is the Chef! Delicious meals prepared by the Chef and BPM wore us out so they delivered to the room! Epic Tamarindo is truly epic. It’s a world class experience. The villas are exceptional quality and the service of the entire team was impeccable. They just opened Dec ‘23. The details and quality of the property are outstanding. There isn’t a restaurant per se, but you can order breakfast or dinner and have it prepared by their chef for your group. The ceviche and omelettes were the best I’ve ever had. The owner is onsite to fill up your glass or help with advice for activities around the area. You do need a car (about 20 min drive to Tamarindo) but it’s worth it for the peace (and peacocks!) Highly recommend!

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. I also had the pleasure of dining with their personal chef ,where the food and service were top-notch. Overall, Epic Tamarindo Boutique Hotel exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. Wow, this place is on another level. I have never had such amazing service, food and surroundings. Arno is there to make sure every need is met. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. He helped guide to several things that are a must in the area. Emma is also fantastic. It was so nice to see her friendly face every morning and learn about her and the culture. The breakfast here, hands down, is the best I've had on any vacation. It's not your typical hotel breakfast. The chef makes everything homemade and puts so much time and attention into what she makes. She also does private dinners during the week (not every night) and breakfast—the first day made us really want to do the dinner experience. We did that on our last night and it was the most amazing meal; my husband and I will never forget it. If it's something you can afford, I highly recommend that experience—you will not regret it.

Just had the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Tamarindo! Everything from the modern design and cozy atmosphere, surrounded by nature, made it the perfect peaceful getaway. The pool was a dream come true! The whole vibe was incredibly relaxing, and although it's close to town, it felt like a true escape. I can't recommend this place enough!
