"Although this isn’t an hotel with an hotel lobby, we didn’t lack of anything. Host Luca is a very friendly and he is so helpful. Clear instructions and many tips for Garbatella and surroundings. Halfway our stay, he checked in with us, if we were happy and needed anything.
The room was very clean and modern and had all that we needed. The shared kitchen also was complete with everything you could need. Metro and busstop within minutes of walking (Colosseo 3 stops away). Supermarket and best...

"We had a wonderful stay. Maurizio - host was an incredibly helpful host who welcomed us on arrival and personally showed us to our room. The room was perfect for two adults and had everything we needed, including air conditioning, a smart TV with Netflix, and all the essential bathroom amenities.
The shared kitchen was a lovely bonus, offering still and sparkling drinking water, an excellent coffee machine, milk, and breakfast supplies. Everything was spotless, and we felt very safe throughout...

"we had a wonderful time at saint suites!!! the hosts were very helpful and had a list of places to eat in the area when we asked. check-in was also very smooth and easy to navigate and there was plenty of transport options nearby! room had everything we needed, and even though it was on the 6th floor there was an old school lift to take you up!"

"The room was nice, and the location was pretty good. The staff also allowed us to store our bags since our flight wasn’t leaving until late afternoon, which was very helpful. However, keep in mind that you have to pay a €24 city tax separately. Overall, we had a good stay."

"Avoid, doesn't look like the listing, much smaller and the walls are paper thin, we got disturbed at midnight till the early hours with the room across the hall. There is no privacy and the room is not clean. No check in staff and told to communicate over WhatsApps.
Unhelpful and rude staff over the phone and constantly demanding payment without any notice."
