"Room itself was ok, BUT water in the shower was intermittent at best. You felt lucky if you fought a moment with enough pressure for shower. Electric kettle was provided but the moment you turn it on it shuts down electricity for the entire floor. After two tries I just bought the tea in the bar. "

"Room is very tired and the shower is leaking causing water everywhere. Hotel refused to change a room, it was still leaking next day after they claim it was fixed. This hotel is 3 star at best. Not only they’re kidding themselves by call ing them 4 star, it means I have pay more city tax (variable depends on star rating). On the plus side they provide free breakfast and the location is great. "

It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I’ll be back and I can’t wait. I will not stay anywhere else in Rome because I felt at home. "
