"I had such a wonderful stay here in Madrid! The area felt extremely safe, and the apartment building itself was spotless. Our room was impeccable!!! everything was so clean and well maintained. One of the biggest highlights was how conveniently equipped the apartment was. It had a washer (a lifesaver after a long stretch of traveling), a full kitchen, and a fridge, which made it feel like a home away from home. The location was also perfect! very well situated, with the metro just a short walk...

"We've spent 1 night at the hotel and appreciated the comfy bed and pillows, and luggage storage option in the lobby. It was a bit weird the bathroom setup: sink in the main area and shower and toilet only having non-transparent glass walls, but fine for 1 night."

"The hotel is small but they make the most of their space. It was clean, the staff was excellent and with the exception of very small windows, we have not complaints. Perhaps more important was how they responded when we needed something or something wasn’t quite right. They were superstars! There are plenty of good shops and sights nearby. Not truly central city, but a location we really enjoyed. We recommend The Francisco!"
