"The staffs are very nice and helpful"

"Amazing hotel and location"

"Our room was stylish, spacious, quiet and generously equipped. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of all the best that Madrid has to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful. All up it is a beautiful hotel in a great area. We loved our stay here and highly recommend Palacio Atocha as the perfect base for a Madrid visit."

"Everything was perfect. The apartment was super clean!"

"Good"

"The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the room"

"This is actually a 4 star hotel. It’s very modern and they r still Up grade it. Location is excellent, room is spacious, staff r helpful. U can walk to all the spots, very convenient. The only thing is they keep change the breakfast, and took the salmon and tomato’s away in the last day. I stayed here for 4 nights."

"Muy céntrico"

"THE STAFF IS VERY GOOD "

"El hotel está en excelente ubicación. Muy limpio y seguro. El joven del front desk, no recuerdo su nombre, pero si que es muy alto, es la estrella de ese hotel. Servicial, amable, conocedor, con buen sentido del humor y respetuoso. Definitivamente lo recomiendo. Volveremos a quedarnos aquí!"

"Who said this property is in a good location We were so scared to walk around there Full of tents on the street with homeless and protesters"

"Everyone spoke English, which is very helpful for anyone traveling abroad. The staff we're able to provide many great recommendations. The Breakfast service is not included in the cost but is absolutely worth it! And location is amazing, a short walk to Amy great sites and restaurants."

"This is the second time that we have booked Central House for my son and he’s had a great stay each time. He was quite happy with the breakfast as well."
