"The location, activities, and property itself was wonderful. I really enjoyed doing yoga and aqua aerobics everyday. I wish the gym was bigger. It had decent equipment, but there was barely any room to move. Luckily I was in there by myself each day."

"The food and drinks were amazing ! Our favorite restaurants were Pelicanos and Dolma. Room service was reliable and timely. The pools varied in temperature so you could pick which one you liked most, although many people do wake up at dawn to claim chairs. Our room was always clean and comfortable. Overall we would absolutely come back to this resort again ! "

"Lets start from the beginning, the food at this resort is terrible. We stayed at Royal level and the food wasn’t any better then the buffet. The sewer smell in the resort is very off putting. We were made to change rooms because of a leak they had in the room under us. We came back from breakfast and the water in the shower and tub were shut off, we were told they had to turn it off due to a leak. We were understanding and told the staff its fine and when we would be back so our water could be turned back on. We came back to our room and there were five men in our bathroom cutting a hole in the ceiling with all of our personal belongings everywhere. At rhis point we were upset. Went to the desk and we were told it would be five minutes. We were lied to and the manager caught us as we were about to go to the pool and told us we had to change rooms. All in all it was about 5 hours lost of our vacation. This resort needs alot of updating. The best part was the wild life. "

"I recently stayed at Riu Palace Mexico and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing—especially considering the premium price I paid. The food quality was far below expectations and lacked variety and flavor. I also reached out to the hotel during my stay to request a room change, but I never received any assistance or follow-up, which was frustrating. The room itself was uncomfortable—the “bed” felt more like a couch and was extremely unpleasant to sleep on. On top of that, the view was poor and did not match what you would expect from a resort at this level. Overall, this did not feel like a premium experience at all. For the price paid, I expected much better service, accommodations, and overall quality."
