"The pool was a little greasy from the sun screen, I assume. Room was a little loud from the street. I used ear plugs. The only thing I can suggest adding is have more water stations to fill the bottles. Were a little hard to find. All around great place."

"C’est une très bel endroit, le personnel est très sympathique et courtois"

"It was my favorite spot in playa del carmen. However, this year they made a lot of changes. The food was the main reason why I will not recommend this place. They limited the all inclusive menu and the buffet. To be honest I preffered to eat out of the hotel. I am planning to change my hotel for next year and telling my friends about the new changes on the hotel, so they can think twice before booking this hotel."

"We stayed here for a few nights and everything was amazing ! Customer service was great, the ammenties were beautiful and super clean . The area is super central I highly reccomend !"

"Me gustó mucho el espacio, muy cerca de la 5 av llegas caminando. Tienen tipo cafetería lo cual me pareció muy bien y el lugar muy nuevo muy limpio. Gracias igual por que se me dio un tiempo de parquímetro se agradece la amabilidad. Lo recomiendo 100%"

"Pop Diez was hands down a 10/10. Such an amazing experience staying here. Beautiful property, excellent rooms, fantastic roof top pool and gathering area. Can’t say enough about the staff. Friendly, helpful, very engaging. They made the trip so much more enjoyable. You will not go wrong staying here. You will not be disappointed."

"Bonito lugar y muy amable personal."

"The staff is not really friendly the balcony was ground level and they had most of the lights, hot tub is for a single person and plus they had no ice machine in the facility might as well book a hostel"

"Excelente"

"Staff were amazing and very helpful."

"Had a wonderful experience at the reef club. Alex at the front desk was very helpful. We had a lot of fun with water aerobics, stretching exercises , going to the beach. We were visiting during Dia de los Muertos. The reef club made it very special with unbelievable decorations and employee Catrina contest. Laura gave the best birthday massage."

"Esta perfecto el hotel lo único malo es que en recepción nunca hay nadie el día que llegue tuve que esperar por qué el recepcionista se estaba bañando y tarde ahí como media hora en lo que salió ... De la misma manera cuando entregué la habitación tuve que dejar la llave en cocina"
