This is our 5th time visiting this resort, The room we choose was ocean front and all you see from your window is the beautiful Caribbean Sea. One word for management, please try to talk to your chefs that most people from the USA eat their steak medium to medium rare. "The staff i dealt with were all really freindly and helpful. The rooms, pool areas, and beach were all clean. You could see staff testing water and cleaning every day. The food in the Lindo was good and would recommend the step up over beach as the buffets were better. My only one negative was getting reservations for dinners. We got most we wanted but couldnt get rodizio. I understand this will be changed to walk in which will help. Really loved the resort and would definitely go back. "

"We were in The Reef in 2016 and there are a lot of improvements since then. The palm trees on the beach got bigger over time and combining them with the umbrellas there is a lot of shade all day long for those who like to hide from Sun. It’s a quiet place for family vacation with enough activities. Cleanliness is exceptional. Food is great. The staff is nice and friendly. "

"Very nice Tropical Hotel. Not very modern but clean and functional. I didn’t like that the Hotel counts with two separate buildings half a block apart. The main building has a bigger pool and is right off Famous Fifth Avenue. The other still very close but not right off the strip. Very small Pool. Parking sucks if you leave at night. The parking attendants there 24/7 can be very helpful. "
