Teenage son and I visited for a few days. Great location and spacious accommodations. The staff was friendly. The only issues were the AC in shared area(living room) was not working properly and the door lock/key was a nuisance and a bit of a safety issue since the door had to be locked with the key from inside. Other than that we enjoyed our visit.

Tired place in need of some love! It has amazing potential! The condo itself was decent and the outside space is amazing. The lock wasn’t secure, the furniture was broken. The BBQ was broken. The fridge leaked and was rusted out. The air con blew mould and dirt. Toilets stunk like sewage. The hot tub jets didn’t work……
Improper mould restoration in ceilings.

There is not one bad thing anyone should believe about this beautiful property. Our 3rd bdrm penthouse was spacious yet cozy at the same time. Room temperatures were freezing at night which is awesome for sunburnt skin. One of our favorite places we have stayed while traveling abroad.

We loved the room. Everything was exceptionally clean, there was a water cooler, oven, etc. for anything needed. The A/C worked wonderfully and the hot tub on the top of the property wasn't actually too hot.

Great for a family of 4. Well worth the price. Location is superb, too. The only downside was the pool temperature. It was uncomfortably warm.

Property needs some updates, but it is located in a wonderful area. Tons of activities within walking distance. Averaged 13k steps a day and still didn’t go everywhere. Downtown Playa is the best place to go in Mexico.

Great Intro to Playa del Carmen and Cancun area

Very good location, convenient and comfortable, many restaurants and stores very nearby, great to have on-site parking, is close to Xcarret park which is a MUST SEE location and well worth the trip and the cost. The town is a bit commercial but not over the top for a beach resort, with a safe and secure vibe that was most welcome. Staff at the hotel and in all restaurants etc were friendly, accommodating and helpful and made our trip very delightful. Spanish language is helpful but not critical as ENGLISH seemed widely spoken and understood.
