"This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. "My stay at Playa Palms Beach Hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and let me check in early. Alfredo checked me in and was extremely kind, giving me recommendations for food and helping me get acquainted with the area. The room and patio was comfortable and clean, housekeeping left adorable towel animals.
