Excellent hotel in a perfect location, just two blocks from Quinta Avenida. The area is very quiet , you can’t hear any noise from the street. The property is charming, the staff is great, and the rooms are very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The property was great. My only fault was the locks for the doors, I always had trouble with them but it can just be a me issue. So don’t let that detour you. Overall, service was great, very helpful staff as well as friendly. It was close to everything. Less than 15 mins walk everywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s within walking distance of both the beach and Calle 5ta, where all the action is in Playa del Carmen. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This is more of a boutique-style hotel. While it is beachfront, there isn’t direct beach access for swimming. One thing I especially appreciated was the nighttime security, which made me feel safe and comfortable. We would definitely return and stay here again.

A charming and peaceful seaside hotel. We liked it a lot. I could suggest a rail to assist getting in and out of the pool, softer pillows. The room and pool area were kept very clean. The beach area is small but adequate. I do suggest replacing beach umbrellas and beach chair cushions very soon. Carlos and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
