Nice place, a little outdated but overall clean and nice. Staff was friendly. The spa was excellent - Ros, Jazmin, and Edith were fantastic!

Beautiful property and exceptional staff

This was our second time staying at Hyatt Vivid we absolutely love this place it is not only beautiful but the evening/daytime entertainment is so fun and all the staff are so friendly and helpful!! We love that the resort is a walking distance to the downtown area where you can go shop or try one of the local restaurants! Book here you won’t regret it!

My wife and I had a great vacation away from the kids. We loved the staff, pool, and cocktails. The Asiana restaurant was by far the best food there, highly recommend. Next time we will come earlier in the year to avoid some of the rain, but still a good time.
