"We stayed here only one night as we had to catch an early morning ferry at the Port. We arrived around noon and our room was available, so they allowed us an early check-in which was appreciated. The hotel is connected to the Robinson's Galleria mall, so we had plenty of activity and dining selections to keep us busy for the day. We did not try the included breakfast as we left too early in the morning. Would return anytime we have early ferry service because the location is excellent and a quick connection to the ferry terminals."

"STAY AGAIN: YES. This will be my new "Go To Hotel" when traveling to Cebu. The location was nice with greenery outside the hotel that was pleasant to observe from the restaurant or your room. The view from the room was better than many places in the same area. We could see the water, Port and over to Mactan Island from the room. 7-Eleven within the block THE ROOM: Bed was very comfortable and they had a pillow selection available too. Nice closet shelving system that was enjoyable to use. Central AirCon system worked well. The sofa layout along the window wall was well thought out and comfortable. Being able to get off the bed and sit was wonderful. One of the better TV systems for travelers. A single remote that worked well. The TV channel system was organized by Genre (Sports, News, Family, Movies, etc.) and the many channels were represented by "Icons", not a channel number. Soooo easy to select... MEALS AND ROOM SERVICE: The included breakfast buffet was tasty and some items rotated every day. Custom coffee creations were available too at no additional expense. La Creme coffee shop in the lobby was a delight. Well lit and vibrant in the evenings with customers. The Ube Cake was decadent and well worth a calorie splurge. Room Service: (It was raining a bit during our stay) Pizza was good. The "Make Your Own Pasta" was excellent with the Bolognese meat sauce proving to be very tasty. Ordered it three times during the stay if that tells you anything."

"All the staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful . It starts from the employees who works at the entrance to people works at customer service , lobby and restaurant. They’ve all very respectful. I admired the company for providing great training to employees. You have all the right people that works with you. They’re all have so much passion on what they do. Highly recommend Radisson Blue. This is the reason I always stay here each time I visit Philippines."

"If you’re looking for a place to sleep and shower, this isn’t a bad choice with that said I had a couple of complaints with my room. The shower wouldn’t get very hot. I’m not talking burn your skin off hot just a respectable heat. The shower barely got what I would call lukewarm or room temp. I had to play around with the heater box in the shower to get it tolerable otherwise it was pretty dang cold pair that with the shower floods the bathroom it makes it for an uncomfortable experience. The shower leads into the rest of the bathroom and a separated by a tiny strip of plastic, my shower wouldn’t drain properly and it ended up flooding over. I also had a corner room, which was nice for the view, but to get past the bed to the other side of the room, you had a squeeze between the bed and one of the glass walls I bet itself was fine comfortable learning was soft. The rest of the room was decent the exception of the air conditioner is a couple of feet away from the bed and is aimed directly on the bed no matter what you do you can’t reposition the flow of air off of you at night time and then I had an issue where my room lost power. It gets very hot very fast. However, the staff was friendly and sent somebody to help me out and they got it fixed within an hour. It’s not a bad spot to stay, but there’s also better spots to stay. I would consider rebooking here again just a different room for sure. The staff was great."
