"We had an amazing 2-day stay at bai Hotel Cebu. From check-in to check-out, the staff were very professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. We booked for 2 rooms and both rooms were clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The food selection was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet which had a wide variety of delicious choices. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities and the overall ambiance of the property especially the pool bar which has a stunning 360 views of Cebu City....

"The staff was amazing! They have a very nice Gym with spa. The pool was under construction so I did not get to partake however it looks like when it is finished it is going to be amazing.!"

"部屋は綺麗だが設備のメンテナンスの問題かエアコンの汗臭さが時間帯によって気分が悪くなるほどかなりきつかった。ホテルと繋がったAyalaモールにレストランやカフェがいくつかあり便利でおいしかった。低層階だったが外の騒音は気にならないが、上のフロアの足音は少し気になります。シャワーの水圧と温かいお湯は問題ないです。"

"There were no hand towel in the bathroom. I tried to ask for it from the front desk but they refused. The bath towels looked dirty with big brown stains on them. The foot towel looked more dirty. Not sure because of it's color or poorly washed. The lights in the room and bathroom were too dim. All the rest were good."
