Generally lovely and the location is nice being near Melrose and the Beverly Center (good shopping!) but I’ve had to wipe down the bathroom floors 2 or the 3 times I’ve stayed here as there was dark hair in some of the floor and sink corners, and in the shower (in blonde). I would usually ask for a new room or to have it cleaned but it was either late / I was tired or I was in too much of a hurry to ask. But I will stay there again "

"Petit Ermitage is a fun, funky, caberet of an "experience"- tucked into a tiny street in the middle of West Hollywood, it's a weird retreat from regular life. Covered in ivy, filled with art, discreet, hushed, quirky- if you want a getaway this is the place. The carpet was kinda gross and the mini bar extended all the way through the room. It was kind of trying to be Chateau Marmont, but I've stayed at Chateau Marmont several times and Petit Ermitage is not it. The fire beds on the roof bar were fun, the service was ok. The valet was lovely. The clientele is a little Influencer/Coachella culture. Guest only restaurant is a little different. The tea service came with adorable tiny honey jars- love!"

"It was a decent stay but nothing more than three stars. The location is good and the pool is not bad for getting a few lengths in, so that's great. Breakfast was ample and the ingredients were varied day by day. The room was also very large. I was satisfied but I would probably look elsewhere if I came back to the area."
