Great location for walking to the Walk of Fame and a quick Uber to Universal. Felt safe to walk to dinner around the corner, plenty of options. Accommodation was clean and spacious, perfect for us. Great communication from the owner/manager.

Apartment building was very clean and well constructed. The people above us were walking back-and-forth in their apartment and we could hear them clearly. Amenities worked great. The area is so so, but it’s Hollywood.

Amazing property, literally only 2 mins walk to the Hollywood Walk of fame. Metro 5 minute walk and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Host was excellent and replied promptly to any questions asked. Would recommend 100%

Wonderful one night getaway

Everything about our stay was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had wonderful amenities within the room. The location can’t be beat (we were headed to the Hollywood Bowl) and the parking garage underneath the complex was perfect!

We stayed for 2 nights and in 2 rooms. Very friendly and welcoming staff accommodated our luggage immediately upon arrival. Very clean rooms with all kitchen stuff needed. All dishes and cutlery like new. We were very impressed with our stay and the services provided. Thank you Quintessence Hotel, for making our stay in LA so enjoyable!!! Perfect location for touring Hollywood Blvd, yet off the main drag a bit so it wasn’t as noisy. Very quiet, actually. Management was great with communication and responding to our needs.

The location is excellent and cleanliness is top notch. The only thing is the sound insulation is not the greatest. We stay on the 1st floor and the foot steps from upstairs unit are so loud that they are quite annoying/disturbing. Whenever someone walks around in that units, you can practically hear and know the exact spot they are at.

Had to jump thru some hoops to pay for parking and get codes, but they quickly responded to my texts. We used the sofa sleeper which was very low to the ground. There was only 1 set of sheets for the 2 beds so the king bed had a fitted sheet while the sofa bed had the top sheet. We had a room by the road so it was very noisy. kitchen convenient. Great location for Hollywood.

Situated just off the Hollywood walk of fame this was a great location for exploring the area north of downtown L.A. Plenty of dining options along Hollywood Blvd. if you don't want to self-cater!

The location of this place is excellent. We attended conferences at the Dolby Theatre, which is just a 9-minute walk away. The room itself is nice and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. However, the reason for my low rating is the check-in process and cleanliness. You’re required to send a photo of your driver’s license via email or text, as there’s no one available to assist with check-in. Additionally, parking must be paid through an app that sends a code to your phone—after using it, my credit card was compromised. Cleanliness was also an issue. The bed sheets hadn’t been changed; they were dirty when we arrived. Fortunately, I had read reviews on Google after booking and brought my own bed covers and comforter. Still, I didn’t feel comfortable due to hygiene concerns. On the positive side, communication with the host was fast and efficient. This place has potential, but it urgently needs a more reliable cleaning team and a safer check-in process to protect guests’ personal information.

Basic apartment with full kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean. Toilet seat was functional but did not fit the toilet. There was hot water for the shower but it took an extremely long time to get warm. Location was good and underground parking garage was very convenient and secure for $35/night which was not a bad deal. All in all, it met our needs but next time my wife in particular will want something a little more high end.
