"The Ramada always delivers. Room was clean, modern, minimal noise and the area was near many of my “go to” spots. Since I was traveling solo, I felt very safe too. Loved that there was a laundromat (2 or 3 each of washing and dryer machines) with detergent right on the same floor."

"I have only one caveat, having stayed there twice now: air does not circulate when the AC is not on, so on arrival you may notice a musty odor. So turn it on and leave it on! Beyond that, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and you're right next to everything on Sunset. Must come back in the summer to experience the rooftop bar."

"They messed up our room service order twice. First time we waited over 1 1/2 hours and they delivered it to the wrong room. Another time they delivered someone else’s order to our room."

"Nice hotel with a twenty - four hour gym, which is important. Good central location. We would have given this property five - stars though we're not fans of their parking situation. Very expensive and valet only; and the valet team seems overworked, which adds to the inconvenient waiting time for your automobile. At the very least a " pre - pay " option ought to be offered to their customers who stay a mimimum amount of days, offering a bulk - rate discount for parking ."

"Lovely hotel, few things that were a bit annoying, the shower quite hard to work, the pool didn't have enough umbrellas for shade and the pool bar also took it upon themselves to add 20% tip automatically for everything which was very cheeky. The menu was all alcohol too, needed more coffee/Matcha options! There was complimentary coffee in the morning but we always had to wait for it to be refilled and had to ask for milk which could have been better organised."
