"Everything was magical, though they were trimming the trees the day I was there which was as distracting but unavoidable. The cottages are stocked with the basics, but we needed paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. Additionally the bathrooms do not have conditioner, lotion or vanity kits so plan ahead. Otherwise incredible stay!"

"Good breakfast and very large room space......................................................................."

"What an absolute gem of a hotel - so glad we found it. We arrived early and left our bags before rushing to a meeting. When we returned for check in, the bags had already been placed in our individual rooms. "Awesome stay. Legit LA experience. Makes me want to move back. But for now I'll just stay here and chance I get! Plus get the Tower Sundae!!!!"

"Perfect location. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. I’ll be back!"

"Overall a nice stay and in a great location; however, the breakfast is a little lack luster (no protein available), and the AC in our room didn’t work properly."

"I love this hotel. I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Always such friendly staff, and clean. A few things that weren’t the greatest were the elevator. There are two but only one of them seems to be active so waiting for that was a bit sucky. Also the floor by the kitchenette area was a bit sticking up so opening the cubby and fridge was a bit of a pain but manageable. Overall though super happy and would totally go back."

"The hotel is under renovation on the ground floor which make guests uncomfortable with the air pollution and very dusty. The construction haven’t protected the environment and guests."

"Great location. Staff was attentive and responded sincerely to issues."
