Great location close to museum row, Grand Central Market, Little Tokyo, etc. Attentive hotel and valet staff. Rooms were cleaned early in the day which was a plus. Loved the California Plaza. The place is so well located and is very impressive, but it needs a bit of TLC. Our door was covered in dried up soda, the bathroom wall Paper was a bit rundown, the room need to be updated. We slept amazingly. It just needs a pick me up, but all in all it’s a great place.
