Check in / out was easy. The staff were very pleasant and extremely accommodating. We were given a room located near the area we could take our dog to - it was very convenient. Parking was great - we used the free electric charging station, which saved us considerable time.

Nice close location to Hollywood attractions. The breakfast was just ok. Dining room is very small and coffee was meh. We were promised a bottle of wine. We never received it. Elevator is very slow and could use a good power wash. The pool area is very nice though with flowers and sitting area.
