"The staff were so helpful from booking to departure. The room was well equipped with everything that you might need including a good coffee machine and kettle, dressing gowns and slippers, hairdryer and straightening tongs, the mini bar included soft drinks. I really enjoyed the stay here "

"This is a special kind of Bed and Breakfast, it's the one kind that stays in your heart. It's located in the old fortress remains and have a special kind of atmosphere. Our hostess is one lovely lady and she makes the tastiest yoghurt and marmelade we have ever tasted. Everything is homemade. We highly recommend it"

"This is a great hotel/ town to get a taste of the French Riviera. We used it as a base to go into Collioure. The pool and pool bar was solid. The views were great. The nearby town is solid. And Collioure is only a 10 min taxi away. The hotel is probably nicer than any hotel in Collioure that we saw. "

"Great night at this lovely family run hotel in Barcares on our cycling trip through the area. Our room was spotless, very comfortable and had enough space for spreading out all our gear. We faced the main busy plaza overlooking the most amazing play structure for children. The noise was not a problem after about 10 PM and we used the blinds metal blinds, which helped. Our hostess even had a secure area for our bikes, very much appreciated. Thank you. We also loved the hotel's furry greeter...

"Not easy to find but helped to locate by an English speaking friend of the proprietor on the telephone. Joined other guests and family for the evening meal in the lovely outdoor garden dining area. After helping ourselves to the continental breakfast provided we spent a lovely hour in the outdoor swimming pool before our departure."
