The room was much smaller than we realized. The bathroom was like an RV bathroom in size. Only got two pillows that may fit a twin bed size. All we needed was to sleep thank goodness, the shower i think would have been too small for us. Breakfast was nice.

Reception times not as advertised, Closed at 2.30pm when we arrived. Auto check in couldn't find my reservation. Had to contact Hotel.com, they eventually found that I could check in from the hotel opposite (Kiriad). Bathroom is very small with its own silverfish !

Unable to check in due to checkin machine not working (yet again). Had to go to another hotel. TOO MUCH technology.Will never book again with premiere class, not worth the stress or risk.

Staff does not speak English! Asked for extra towels due to allergies with translator. She refused to give me extra towels. The gate does not open 24 hours. Luckily, someone at the neighbour property came with their truck and we left through that. It was a horrific stay. I would recommend anyone to stay. Staff at hotels and especially close to the border should speak at least 2 languages, which one of them should be English.

Habían chinches en la cama. Es un hotel viejo, sucio, sin luz adecuada en los pasillos, con baños tan pequeños que te golpeas los codos al lavarte la cabeza y para una persona gordita es imposible girar dentro del baño.

Bonjour c’est la 3e fois que je dors dans cet hôtel, j’apprécie le fait qu’il soit juste à côté de l’autoroute, même si les chambres sont exiguës sans parler de la salle de bain, pour une nuit de passage vu le prix c’est assez. Le petit déjeuner proposé est parfait, la propreté aussi, le personnel toujours serviable. Cette fois la climatisation de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons pu changer de chambre. Pour cela heureusement que nous sommes arrivés dans les heures auxquelles il y avait quelqu’un à l’accueil. Sinon pour le reste vous pouvez arriver n’importe quand il y a moyen d’obtenir l’accès, une réservation ou de payer grâce à un ordinateur qui se trouve à l’entrée. Comme d’habitude nous y reviendrons.

Organisation nul de la part du service de l'hôtel.

C'était un séjour catastrophique c'était pas prévu le jour de la réservation en contactant le service client par téléphone, arrivons à l'hôtel avec mes enfants à la réception pour prendre nous chambres si l'as surprise total on découvre que les deux chambres ils sont pas dans le même hôtel, donc ils essaient de ne baratiner que l'hôtel était plein que il y a pas de place pour 2 chambres à nous dans le même hôtel et en même temps on n'était pas prévu de tout ça avant d'arriver à l'hôtel par un email ou par un message, bref on les a pris quand même les chambres tout petit la salle de bain on dirait une boîte de temps on arrive même pas bouger c'est trop serré on a pas eu le confort qu'il faut.

Nous avons été bien accueillis. La chambre était propre mais celle-ci était vraiment petite, même pour ce type d'hôtel. Très peu d'espace pour bouger autour des lits ainsi que dans la salle de bains.
