Your loss

We needed more pillows and that was not a problem for the staff, if there was no staff on duty then we would have been stuck.so why not put 4 in each room.and we was told that breakfast was fully booked so your loss, how can you be full up.?

Der Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend. Das Zimmer wies einen so extrem starken Chlorgeruch auf, dass man es kaum darin aushalten konnte. Zudem war der Service mangelhaft: Die junge Dame am Empfang war sehr unfreundlich, insbesondere da die Kommunikation auf Englisch schwierig war. Auch das Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung, da es so gut wie keine Auswahl gab.
