" Wow, what an experience. First a disclaimer that I do believe that the administration could invest in doing some cosmetic maintenance on the property like refurbishing the pool, redoing some woodwork, and another example my shower head (room 503) needed replacing, It was spraying all cockeyed. My sink would also clog up immediately. These are little things that add up. BUT! The customer service here is out of this world. You feel genuine appreciation from the staff about your visit and your experience here. I really was not expecting that, especially considering that you just never know when traveling internationally but the people here are amazing. The wait staff is amazing. The hotel staff is amazing. The restaurant food is outstanding! On top of just the stay itself, the hotel is very interactive with different amenities for purchase. (we rented a golf cart for a day and had a blast! Side note: administration would do well by upgrading the ones they have now because they aren’t running the best these days we had to switch our cart assignment twice due to that). They also have classes for the guests, they have a group chat where they post the actives for the day before. I can’t wait to go back and I actually hope to use their member and try out their other locations. Special thanks to GM Pedro, Bartender Marcos, Bartender Angel, Wait Staff Jesus, and Jeanette with the other front desk ladies! GRACIAS PARA TODOS!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo on the south end of Isla Mujeres! The aesthetics and layout of the space were very impressive—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location was peaceful and scenic, offering a nice break from the busier parts of the island, while still being easy to get around. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful, especially when we experienced a few brief power outages. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. A couple of small things could have made the stay even better: additional seating on the balcony and around the pool would have been a great touch, and we only had towels for four guests even though there were five of us. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this condo to others looking for a relaxing stay on Isla Mujeres! "

"Beautiful property, very clean & spacious rooms. My only complaint is the beachfront is a bit misleading. The ocean is full of growing plant life, grass, seaweed & I was unaware of that. I understand it’s part of the wildlife and needs to stay there but I wish I had known ahead of time. Still fully enjoyed my time there! :)"

"A true B&B with the best host! Newly built guest house with extremely clean, comfortable, large and well appointed rooms. The common spaces are welcoming and so pleasant to enjoy the day relaxing in the sun, shade or one of three pools. The rooftop view of the ocean on 3 sides was our favorite. The hearty, creative and so tasty daily breakfast was the best we have had. We could not have asked for a better host or better room. Thank you for sharing with us. We look forward to our next trip to Isla and La Casa de Jardin!"
