"We had a great stay at the looking glass. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We just got in from a cruise and the room was clean, comfortable and made it easy to relax. The location wasn’t very far from the port or the airport. We really felt we were able to enjoy a part of Puerto Rico without all the crowds while being able to eat some great food at the local restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"Clean, stylish and great location. Booked a room with a balcony so we could enjoy the warmth - came from winter back home. Didn't use the guests kitchen much but looks nice. Great bars / restaurant within walking. Chose beaches elsewhere, with safer swimming. 1 note - only one key given. Was an issue that we were doing separate things one day. We were told only one key per room. Great place, awesome people too!"

"Arriving earlier than check-in time and they have affiliate hotel nearby where we can drop the luggage and even borrowing towels and beach chairs that's very helpful"

"This hotel is literally fantastic. My first day in PR it was raining and windy and the power went out and the generator was so loud in my room, they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom suite with balcony and it was breath taking. I went back to my original room by choice and it had a private Jacuzzi on the patio which was the highlight of our stay! Staff is so responsive and sweet. Close to everything you need and beach. Definitely would stay again! 10/10"

"This place was everything we needed before an early flight. Wish we could have stayed more nights. Friendly helpful welcoming staff. Beach is a block away and it’s beautiful, not too crowded, and has great swimming in the afternoon. Close to Calle Loíza, great restaurants and 10 min drive to airport. Mile from Condado. Room was small but clean and had all the amenities you’d want. "
