"The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room view was excellent. The room was not cleaned properly , the couch inside the room needed to be cleaned. The bed slept comfortably. There is no microwave inside the room. Elvin in house keeping did a great job cleaning our room. The tv did not have enough channels. My husband loves to watch TV when I mention it to the Front Desk she replied saying the internet doesn’t work. The next day I mentioned the same thing front desk said they would send a technician to fix it, no one never came to fix the tv. Overall I enjoyed my stay in the beautiful city."

"This was a very simple beautiful place, walk distance to the beach. Also walking distance to a lot of restaurants, stores, near old San Juan and if like the night life they are all close as well. Definitely recommend for like a weekend stay it’s perfect."

"Gorgeous property!! TERRIBLE street and NOISE from La Placita ( past 2am on Friday and Saturday ) Other days until 1 am. Crowd is rowdy and police frequently beeping and needing to manage. No sound proofing on property so if you plan on sleeping even at Midnight you wont be able to because the music and crowd are so loud and rowdy. Staff was great and VERY friendly. This modern design is such a beautiful and clever property. I just wish it was a LEGO house you could pick up and put on another block not close to La Placita. We did have issues with hot water in the shower ( no hotwater on rainfall shower, but hot water on hand held ) and the toilet had low pressure so after 8 days it clogged up. We let them know and there was not a single plunger or snake to fix our toilet. So we couldnt use it for the last two days of trip. ( Not sure how property of that size could not have more than 1 plunger or a snake for toilet issues ). Also, the rooms are smaller in person than the pictures look online so be ready to be creative with suitcase storage and closet use. All in the property gets a 8 out of 10 from us because of noise and bathroom issues. The LOOK and feel of property especially for the area is 10/10!!! The Location ( dirty street, terrible looking homes next to it, no parking, LOUD La Placita music late into the night ) means low score for location 6/10. This gem is one you have to make up your own mind on depending on your goal."
