One of us got the flu and stayed in so it was very appreciated to have a couch and smart TV for in-room entertainment. "We switched rooms the day after we got there as our friend was coming in that day and we needed a bigger room. They told us it would be two hours, but it was ten minutes. Beautiful place, two clean pools. Quiet, relaxing. No lobby, but office staff often there and very accomodating. For those who like a firm bed, the mattresses are a little squishy. We stayed for three days pre-cruise and would go back anytime. We are staying at a sister property when we get back. Excited about that as well. "
