"I was disappointed to find out the rooftop restaurant/Bar was closed upon checking in, so there was no entertainment in the hotel as we expected, we paid a lot money for this hotel so we were not happy to hear that it was closed. They also charged my credit card again although I told the front desk agent as we checked in, I had already paid for the stay through hotels.com, the front desk agent who took care of us did not listen when or care, and was not very friendly in fact was angry that I asked him what was the charge for, he didn’t care or go the extra mile to find out, he ignored me when I told him, needless to say I had to call and write them to credit us for the extra charge which was a mistake, they should have already known that I already paid. Some of the other staff and the manager were very nice. The (Waiter Christopher & Issa) were so nice and friendly. I did enjoy having the view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Seeing it sparkle in the evenings was the highlight and best part of the stay."
"Our stay was excellent!
The staff were very helpful and attentive.
The air conditioning in the room worked extremely well during the heat wave.
Also, the buffet breakfast was a 10/10."
"The room was very clean but dated - particularly the bathroom. For those interested in working out, the gym is very small with limited equipment. All that being said, the hotel staff were friendly and the location at Terminal 2 was ideal."
"My room was clean and large. Hotel location is not that great in my humble opinion but it is still nice. I stayed here for one night and it was fine for that. Staff not great with English."
