Air conditioning didn't work even we chabged to another room, 1 of your staff said you guys turned 9ff! So disappointed, we paid for the room with air condition!!!! Staff are all nice.

The temperatures of the past weeks was very low, the hotel is in "heating mode", which was switched off as soon as the temperatures rose. However, we cannot turn the air conditioning back on because the night temperatures do not allow it. Best regards.

I bought a package from Travelocity that included breakfast. As always in Paris there is a city tax that would of come to $11. And change however as soon as we walked in a rude guy at reception said it only includes breakfast for two and I had booked a room for 3 which I had paid for and even though I showed the guy our written package and no where did it state that it was breakfast for two he said I had to pay 55 euros not the city tax of 11. And change. I said I do agree the city tax as it was clearly stated when I bought the package he insisted that children over 12 had to pay for breakfast separately. This is a lie because when I called Travelocity and told them what had happened they said they would contact the hotel and get me reimbursed. After waiting for day and on my way home they finally answered and told me that the change was for the city tax! . Which was a lie and I should mentioned that this hotel targets Spanish speakers because at breakfast the next day I heard the same story except that one family of four were change for breakfast for all of them even though they bought the package that included breakfast and their children were under the so called age limit that the scammer had said my child was over of 12 yrs old! Please Travelocity do better! As for Ibis I will never booked any hotel from you. Freaking Scammers!

The hotel rooms are tiny but we could accommodate our family for a few days easily. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day. Most of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel location was OK. There are several metro stations nearby so transportation to any part of Paris was comfortable.

On arrival we were told our reservation was cancelled due to invalidity of my credit card (just nonsense!). It was shocking to hear this after a long car drive from Holland to Paris. They offered new bookings at a much higher rate. And, my credit card showed no problem at all paying the bill 😂🍷 Very basic, small rooms, no attractive window view, shower cabin not that clean, one of the beds broken, no extra blanket even after asking for ... VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Positive points: safe parking lot (€12,- per night) and functioning airconditioning

A little dirty hotel.
Very dirty hotel, dated and noisy, fine if you need somewhere for a night but for any longer I would look elsewhere.

Nice but rooms are too small
The rooms are really really tiny. We spend most of out time outside during the day do we didn't not care much about the room, but if you are planing to spend some considerable time inside the room I would not recommend. Location was not bad 10 min walk from subway station. Location is safe and few good places to eat out. Checkout is at 12:00 pm which is convenient, they also kept our luggage after we checkout without any additional cost. Lady at the recipient was helpful and friendly.

Everything you need
The hotel has everything you need, beds, bathroom. If your planing on spending more time at the hotel another one would be a better option, But If your planning on just sleeping there then it's perfect and fulfilled our needs with 2 adults and 2 kids.

The price is the only reason to stay here. It's about 10 minute walk from a subway stop on the south end of town. There is nothing around to do or eat.

First and last time in Ibis budget !
Very bad tiny room; not even for 2 person, let alone 3 !! They shouldn't provide like that small room to 3 person. The top bed was uncomfortable and very noisy and we couldn't move at all while other two sleep. Location wasn't great. Never go back again.

1hr from airport and 30mins from city centre. Very budget, room only has bed, TV and shower room-no kettle. Bed comfortable, staff friendly and room fairly quiet. 17th min walk from station. Not very central to anything but it was cheap.

V. Budget rooms but fab helpful staff
Staff were SO helpful and understanding, that really helped as weve never been to France before. They dont servce food after breakfast BUT have a really interesting amount of vending machines!! Dont expect tea and coffee facilities in your room as in UK BUT can buy at the vending machines (take Euros!). Small but adequate rooms however showers seem to leak on bathroom floors a lot (in both our rooms). Nightmare if you're driving in Paris but they do have a carpark hidden round the front and underground! Would use again (but also public transport!). As they don't do hot food they're kind enough to let you order pizza -and we were famished and needed something easy for the kids so late at night so were extremely glad! Quite far from the centre but price is good.

Budget hotel at a budget price
My room was pretty basic. Double bed, single bunk above. No cupboards or wardrobes. Only place for clothes was on the small shelf at the end of the bunk, with a couple of coathangers underneath. One power socket in the room. Window did not open, but air conditioner was very quiet and the room was at a comfortable temperature on the 35C day I arrived. Bathroom was also very basic, with a tiny shelf next to the shower. The shower leaked onto the floor if you weren't very careful about closing the doors. Breakfast was EUR6.15 for a buffet of rolls, croissants, cheese, basic cereal, jam, tea, coffee and juice. Not inspiring, but filling. There are also a couple of snack machines in the foyer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free WiFi worked fine in the room and around the hotel. The bus stop at the end of the street will take you to Gare d'Este and the Metro is a five minute walk away. If you're not planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel, then this is a good budget option.

It's pretty easy to find grocery and food to eat. Closed to both Metro station: LE Kremlin n Port d'Italie. There is coin laundry nearby the hotel.

taxe de séjour facturés 2 fois a priori. Vous l'indiquez dans ma facturation et je l'ai également payée à l'hôtel lors de mon arrivée. Calculer sur la base de 2 adultes alors que mon fils est encore mineur. Aucune information dans la chambre sur le petit-déjeuner. Accueil mauvais, je n'irai plus jamais dans un hotel Ibis budget et plus non plus sur votre site.
