"Although this isn’t an hotel with an hotel lobby, we didn’t lack of anything. Host Luca is a very friendly and he is so helpful. Clear instructions and many tips for Garbatella and surroundings. Halfway our stay, he checked in with us, if we were happy and needed anything. The room was very clean and modern and had all that we needed. The shared kitchen also was complete with everything you could need. Metro and busstop within minutes of walking (Colosseo 3 stops away). Supermarket and best...

"Very clean. New everything. Love the building and the classic elevator. My only comments to management is maybe provide a suitcase stand or two. Otherwise very nice place."

"Adding to my first review: The bed in the Standard Room with queen bed was very hard. There is no pillow top mattress or down comforter as advertised in the listing. Along with the noise from the tram that passes right outside your window and the paper-thin walls which allow every single noise from neighboring rooms (including conversations) through, the hard bed will be another reason you can’t get proper rest."

"Excellent breakfast, good bus service to Colosseum and center of Rome"

"Fantastic accommodation and brilliant location."

"We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The room was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the rooftop for drinks and sunset views also breakfast the next morning. The view of the Colosseum made it very special. The staff was friendly and helpful; it was the perfect way to conclude our Italy vacation,"

"Très bon hébergement, accueillant et très propre je recommande"

"we had a wonderful time at saint suites!!! the hosts were very helpful and had a list of places to eat in the area when we asked. check-in was also very smooth and easy to navigate and there was plenty of transport options nearby! room had everything we needed, and even though it was on the 6th floor there was an old school lift to take you up!"

"Renato is very nice, a good advisor. Apt is super clean, with daily room cleaning. Good BF. Re Di Roma area is safe. "

"Great place to stay. Very walkable to any bus station or a scooter ride from the Colosseum."

"The room was nice, and the location was pretty good. The staff also allowed us to store our bags since our flight wasn’t leaving until late afternoon, which was very helpful. However, keep in mind that you have to pay a €24 city tax separately. Overall, we had a good stay."

"Friendly staff, unbeatable location. Breakfast is a little lacking, I wouldn't say it's worth the price. Rooftop view is amazing. Would definitely stay again."

"Clean and spacious apartment in a great location Lovely welcome basket Washing machine available"

"Avoid, doesn't look like the listing, much smaller and the walls are paper thin, we got disturbed at midnight till the early hours with the room across the hall. There is no privacy and the room is not clean. No check in staff and told to communicate over WhatsApps. Unhelpful and rude staff over the phone and constantly demanding payment without any notice."
