My family and I really enjoyed staying here…safe environment,very good area and it was clean. I also liked that security was there 24/7. I would totally recommend staying here if you’re planning on visiting Panama.

It's a good stay, peaceful and quiet and easy to get an uber to your destination of choice. The rooms a spacious and aba wonderful view. What i would like is that they notify us that you will have to pay a $100 security fee up front before you enter they need to include that in the booking list.

The place was neat and tidy; the area is nice & safe. The parking lot was good. Best of all the response time from the host was exceptional, each time we sent a message or had a request, someone responded in less than 10 minutes. We have already recommended the place and will definitely be back.

The room was clean for sure and the ac work well too I didn't get to cook but food was cheap in the Malls. Dealing with the staff directly was great, even the cleaning lady Andrea she was helpful. No new towels please to much fuss come off them. The laundry was easy to use. So thanks i be booking there again.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The views are amazing. It's located in a nice area, there's alot of food options, mini marts and shopping within walking distance.

Nice appartment in the central area Marbella. Though the additional online-check-in process was annoying, I later realized that is was part of one of the best organized stays I ever had. The given instructions were perfect and the support via chat was fast and excellent. The only downside was, that the shower - though I followed their instructions - was middle warm, not hot, the kitchen equipment was poor so cooking - why I booked the appartment - was complicated and the pool was not available (maintenance? They should announce, because the was an important criteria why I booked the place). But I would return any time and can recommend it!

Overall OK, but no one speaks English so communication with the staff is a challenge. They are however helpful. The unit we had was facing southeast and was noisy. Street noise and noise from neighbors' air conditioning units will keep you up. You hear it all day long. We saw lots of bugs (cockroaches) in the kitchen area. They sprayed the cabinets that reduced the bugs but didn't completely stop them. Overall, you are responsible to ask for things unlike other hotels where the management inspects the units to fix any issues. We were given a single key, which was a hassle when others members of my family had to get in or out.

Perfect private location. 24 hour security staff. It was a short walk to numerous restaurants, shops, double decker bus stop and the plaza mall. We always felt secure walking around the neighborhood, and night-time views of the city from the pool area were stunning. The apartment was well-maintained, but the air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms wasn't functioning properly, making the room warm during our stay.

Firstly I have to say the host and the building admin team were outstanding! Responsive within minutes and kind and very accommodating. They are some of the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with. The property is a bit older so I’d say considering upgrading mattresses as priority - I struggled with the bed being softer than expected for duration of my stay. The bathrooms do need immediate attention as there is a lot of mould inside the shower and the surrounding floor outside the shower stall. Other than that the unit is in convenient spot lots of restaurants, cafes, shops within a 5 min walk. Very safe neighborhood. Security team were kind each day and ensured only those needing access got access inside and building admin team are very helpful especially Doris. The kitchen and laundry room were well equipped and the view was awesome. AC units perfect working condition and cooled in minutes. Gym and pool were on point, well equipped for a full body workout and very clean. I used them for the full 10 days I was there. I’d definitely stay here again but highly recommend they consider the bed upgrade at least in the unit I was in.

The apartment and the views were beautiful. The apartment was clean and modern. What was most helpful and made this is 5-star experience was the property manager, Aurys, who stayed in contact by text the whole time and responded to my inquiries before arriving at the property and did her absolutely best to make it an amazing experience.
