"The kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of shops, nearby, mainly the famous leather market. Lots of restaurants nearby. Angelo was very helpful in this history lesson as we were checking in of the surrounding buildings. The room was very clean, had all the amenities you would expect and then some. "

"This hotel is hip and modern and was a delight to stay in. The staff were very friendy and helpful. The room had a feel of like your own apartment or unit somehow. Quiet, great location in the very heart of the shopping and sightseeing areas. Great location! Downside, is temporary road construction out front that doesnt really affect you other than esthetics. Great street. Breakfast was delicious. Room clean, beds comfortable!"

"What can I say? It was the most magical location to stay in in Florence. To be able to sit by the window and be part of the action of the piazza, but not be in the middle of the huddle and bustle, was amazing! Waking up every day to the beautiful Duomo and Baptistera…no words!!! The room was perfect as well. Bedroom away from the noise of the piazza, and sitting room near the action. "We arrived a little early and our room was ready ahead of time. It was small as expected but very clean and functional. The standouts of our stay was the location as we could walk to all the places we wanted to check out. The second aspect was the exceptional staff that made several great recommendation and even called a restaurant on our behalf to make dinner reservation. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. "
