The staff was always available, friendly, and eager to help, offering great suggestions on places to visit and eat. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of options to choose from. "The breakfast was delicious with house made baked items and a lovely staff and the room was spacious with well organized storage. There is a beautiful lounge living room with an honesty bar. It’s a great place to have a drink before going out to dinner. The hotel has few amenities but just enough in a city like Florence where there is so much to do. The front desk is staffed from 8-8 and are helpful. "

"Warm welcome at a fantastic location making it very easy to love Florence! Room was beautiful and well equipped with an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was a mix of off menu and small but perfectly formed buffet selection. Recommending the carbonara scrambled eggs and the avocado/papaya. The bar is gorgeous but we had drinks in their outside area within the square. The Front desk and wider team were fantastic throughout with great restaurant recommendations. Perfect stay, thank you."
