Beautiful decor, thoughtful details in the room that make it so comfortable for you as a traveller, and one of the most beautiful, laid-back hotel lobby bars. I was a big fan of the "honesty bar," and the great in-room amenities and brand of shampoo and body wash. The location is perfect - I'll go back again and always pick this place. "

"Warm welcome at a fantastic location making it very easy to love Florence! Room was beautiful and well equipped with an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was a mix of off menu and small but perfectly formed buffet selection. Recommending the carbonara scrambled eggs and the avocado/papaya. The bar is gorgeous but we had drinks in their outside area within the square. The Front desk and wider team were fantastic throughout with great restaurant recommendations. Perfect stay, thank you."
