"Super nice staff. Room was hot and it made it hard to sleep. The window doesn’t open, and we got back late most nights. I also didn’t report the issue to staff. I would still recommend. This place is close to attractions and the train station."

"Really liked the hotel, the location was excellent. Room size was a generous size, the added twin-sized couch was nice to have so as not to spend all the time in the room on the bed. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, good value for price."

"Loved the service and amenities at this hotel. The atmosphere is amazing and it’s centrally located."

"สถานที่พักอยู่ใกล้กับวิหารซานตามาเรียมาก และอยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ ที่พักสะอาด พนักงานบริการดี"

"Great location, super friendly staff! Front desk was incredibly helpful!!"

"The staff was extremely helpful with places for dinner and directions. The room was comfortable and clean."

"My trip to Florence was amazing and The Artists Palace was a great home base in the middle of all the action. Staff was helpful, facilities were clean and inviting and I could get to and from the airport and train station in a short amount of time. The weather was nice but muggy at times and the a/c was nice to come back to everyday. This is low key but comfortable and accommodating. 2 thumbs up!"

"Amazing location. So cool to be literally across from the Duomo. Easy walk to so many places to shop and eat. Free sparkling and still water was great. Snacks and free gelato! Staff was the most friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!"
