"Basic breakfast but good coffee and eggs! Front desk was wonderful, we were there for a wedding and my spouse already left since they were in the wedding - I needed help zipping up my dress and they were so helpful and sweet. Everything they did was top notch. Rooms a little dated but clean and bathrooms were updated. Noise level was fantastic, couldn’t hear anything outside "

"The location of this was hotel beautiful, historical and so convenient. It was in the heart of everything, and walking distance to everything. The service was amazing and everyone was incredibly helpful. The building itself is so surreal. Definitely recommend! "

"Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....

"It’s a very nice property. The only issue we had was that the shower did not drain. But they took care of that right away."

"Our rooms were so comfortable and clean. The staff greeted us at the door and clearly walked us through everything we needed to know. The location was conveniently located on a square which made it very easy to fine and remember. The only downside was the we had a lot of luggage and when we needed to leave it, there was not a lot of storage in the space to do so. The staff made it work by putting things in cabinets though. "

"Clean room and wonderful mix of modern and old styles. Incredible location right in the middle of it all where you can hear the lovely din and yet you can have quiet with the windows closed. Extremely helpful staff who were really wonderful."

"Steps away from the Duomo. Breakfast was an 8 minute walk in the Piazza Signora... but what a great breakfast option. the restaurant is beautiful, and you can have a great view of the plaza. breakfast is a buffet and the servers are so lovely. The property itself is great. High ceilings in the room, keeps the noise of the city out. Elevator up to the floor. Comfortable bed, clean. Great value!"
